About St William

St William is a former Joint Venture formed between National Grid and The Berkeley Group to regenerate redundant gasworks sites across the South of England to deliver essential new homes and jobs.

Through our landscape led approach to design we restore these sites into beautiful new places that have a significant long term contribution on the environmental, social and economic fabric of the community.

Brighton Gasworks is an exciting opportunity for us to reconnect this closed off site with its surrounding community by delivering new homes and employment space set within a new landscape for Brighton.
